When are the almonds to be added? Please correct the recipe.

Hi there Salem. As the recipe for Asure indicates in the third step 'Allow pot to simmer for approximately 30 minutes. Add rice, sugar, figs, apricots and almonds and cook for another 15 minutes, adding boiling water if needed.' We hope this helps.

I watched the video about baklava and was curious about the recipe for filo pastry that did not use wheat flour. The gentleman making the sweet said that his mother uses wheat flour but he doesnt. I really need a recipe like that! Send if you can. Thankyou.

Unfortunately, we don't have a recipe for flourless Baklava. However, a quick search of the internet should produce one. Good luck!
