Maria Hach is the National Training Officer at the Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health, a national, community-based organisation which is led by and for women from immigrant and refugee backgrounds. She is responsible for the training needs of the organisation’s 20+ Bilingual Health Educators, as well the development and delivery of cultural literacy training for external stakeholders and community workers.
Maria has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Studies, a Master of International Development from Monash University. She has worked with a number of not-for-profit organisations both locally and abroad in health promotion, community engagement, research and project work. Maria has a keen interest in gender, feminism and intersectionality, and identity politics.
