Picture Italy – Photograph Melbourne

Melbourne Museum asked the general public to 'Rome' around Melbourne and take photographs of what you think makes Melbourne Italian.

After eight weeks, we had 188 images uploaded by 102 keen photographers.

Thanks so much for the time, creativity and enthusiasm you have applied to our challenge. We are rapt with the images and stories you submitted.

All other winners will receive tickets to the A Day in Pompeii exhibition at Melbourne Museum, which will also allow entry into Melbourne Museum to see the display of the best photos.

See the best photographs showcased at Melbourne Museum in Shutter Up You Face – What Makes Melbourne Italian. The exhibition will be up from Monday 28 September until the end of the A Day in Pompeii exhibition on Sunday 25 October.
