This education kit contains resources for Years 9-10 students focussing on evolution, and VCE students studying Biology. The study of the history of life and the genetic mechanisms that bring about the process of evolution has curriculum links to Science Knowledge and Understanding and the evaluation of ‘Big Ideas’ in Thinking Processes.
The kit consists of information for teachers and a Student Guide for use in the exhibition, which should be copied and discussed before the excursion. Additional resources include detailed Background notes.
