The Wild exhibition and the resources in the kit will interest students and teachers studying animal diversity and conservation. The activities link closely with the VELS domains of Science, Mathematics, English and Geography.
The classroom activities cover a variety of topics related to animal diversity. These include classification, biodiversity, adaptation and food webs.
Activity 7 describes how to make animal documentaries. A PDF file provides a story board, team agreement, work log and assessment rubric to assist this activity.
