My name is Geoff Hewitt, and I'm attached to La Trobe University and Godden Mackay Logan. We're conducting the excavation here in the Western Forecourt.
My role is Excavation Director, which means that I'm looking after the archaeology in the site. We realise this is a very important site being World Heritage listed and the archaeology is very much a part of the building.
