My name is Jen Brook, and I'm the Program Manager, Humanities for Museum Victoria. Part of my role is working with Public Programs in order to be able to bring alive actually what's going on on site. In the first phase of the project what we're hoping to do is be able to do that via our time-lapse video, which is installed right up on the top of the REB looking over the carpark site, which is going to be a really fantastic way for us to capture the activity of what's happening in this first phase.
Looking across the phases of the project, what we'll be aiming to do is be able to provide an open day where people will be able to come along and see what's going on behind the scenes, hear from us across the blog from all sorts of different contributors. We've got architects and archaeologists and museum experts talking about what we find and how we interpret it. And in time what we hope to be able to do is bring some of the materials across into our schools program as well.
