This 30-minute science show uses audio visual equipment and interactive demonstrations to explain how the Earth’s rotation on its axis affects the day and night cycle, why we see the phases of the Moon and why we have seasons on Earth.
The Earth Moon and Sun show is presented in the Helen R Quinn Energy Lab, proudly supported by ExxonMobil Australia.
Term 1: 1 February – 7 March (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
Term 2: 26 May – 27 June (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
Session duration: 30 minutes.
Maximum 110 students per session.
Cost: $3.30 per student + education service fee.
