So far Mars looks like the best candidate for finding life in the solar system. It seems to have a lot in common with Earth.
In this 30 minute Science Show students will learn about the differences and similarities between Mars and Earth. Students will be asked to consider why Mars may be our best chance of finding extraterrestrial life. Also, students will learn about NASA's newest Mars Rover named Curiosity.
Curriculum relevance: forces and energy, earth and space science, biology.
Available Term 4, Monday-Friday.
Session duration: 30 minutes.
Maximum 120 students per session.
