Description:
The interior of the Machine Shop of the Sunshine factory - much of the machinery is overhead belt driven from the main electric power supply generated in the factory. Milling machines are in the foreground, also a stack of cast-steel crank-shafts, prior to machining, for use in stationary engines. Note, the ladder was used for climbing to enable greasing of the top pulley-bearings.
