Opening Times:  10am – 5pm daily
Closed Good Friday and Christmas Day.

Adult $14, Concession* and Child (to 16 years) free entry.
Additional charges may apply for temporary exhibitions.

* Accepted concession cards are: Carer Card, Commonwealth Seniors Card, Health Care Card, International Seniors Card, Overseas University Card, Pension Card, Student Card (Australian or International) and Veterans Affairs Card. Photo ID is required for all concession entry.

Companion Card holders can bring their attendant free of charge.

Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult 17 years or older.

Filming and photography

Non-commercial filming and photography is permitted in the museum except where signs specifically prohibit it. Commercial filming and photography is permitted by prior arrangement only. 

Safety

Visitors must abide by warnings and instructions. For safety, footwear must be worn at all times. Please ensure that personal items are not left unattended. Museum Victoria will not be liable for lost or stolen property. Museum management reserves the right to refuse entry, to remove any person from the site and to inspect bags.

The Immigration Museum is smoke-free. Food and drink must only be consumed in designated food areas.
