The Melbourne City Tourist Shuttle is wheelchair accessible and stops on William Street (Stop 11), two blocks from the Immigration Museum.
There are two accessible entries to the Immigration Museum:
A limited number of wheelchairs are available from the ticket desk on a first-come basis.
Accessible toilets are available on the ground and first levels of the museum.
All exhibition galleries have lift access.
Service animals are welcome in the museum.
Tactile objects are available in the ship exhibit in the Journeys of a Lifetime exhibition.
