Years 5-8, Program led by museum staff

In this session, students carry out a series of investigations into real life scenarios to introduce them to useful problem solving strategies. The session demonstrates the usefulness of maths to everyday life and introduces problem solving strategies in a practical and fun way.

The Problem Solving workshop is presented in the Helen R Quinn Energy Lab, proudly supported by ExxonMobil Australia.

Available: Terms 1 and 2, Mondays only
Sessions: 10am, 11am, 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm
Session duration: 50 minutes

Maximum 30 students per session
Cost: $5.00 per student + education service fee
